1.
Lead the site Maintenance
function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance
service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure.

Responsible for planning to
schedule creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work
carried out.
3.
Increase the site operational
effectiveness, improve on project delivery, mean time between failure and
downtime reduction, manage and implement improvements plans, driving Key
Performance Indicators (KPI’s) ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environmental
requirements are adhered to.
4.
Manage the team on technical
best practice.
5.
Schedule both internal and
external work maximizing planned downtime and reducing unplanned downtime.
6.
Establish standard policies and
procedures for department.
7.
Implement, manage continuous
improvement, and modern manufacturing principles by highlighting deficiencies
and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.
8.
Manage the Preventive
Maintenance program and provide daily reports and/or updates on maintenance
performance.
9.
Ensure that the function
operates in accordance with any health, safety, and environmental policies and
procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.
10. Manage, coach, and develop a high performing Maintenance team that
meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice result.
11. Continuously improve/modify KPIs, training, reporting, to support
improvements to facilities and operation.
12. Complete a variety of tasks related to maintenance of machinery and
facility, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, structural concerns and
more depending on the scope of the project
13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with maintenance strategy.
14. Maintain a 5S plus Preventive Maintenance complaint work area while
completing tasks related to maintenance, repair, or installation.
15. Continuously improve spare parts system and storage.
16. Perform other duties as required.
