Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
- More than 5 years of new development product/new product
implementation
- Extensive experience in the Home Appliance, Electronic OEM, and
or Automotive with have manufacture process from plastic injection and or
Extrusion Blow Moulding, Metal forming, Chemical Treatment and Assembly
line with automation
Job Description
- Have experienced to conduct validating new processes and
equipment.
- Have skilled in process characterization, capability studies,
and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure stable production ramp-up
and long-term operational excellence.
- Coors tools for New Product Development/ Transfer (Control
Plan, FMEA/ MSA/ SPC/ PPAP, etc.), VA VE activity, customer’s project time
plan organized.
- Proficient in MS Office, Visio and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and
process enhancements.
- Good project management skills with proven ability to lead
and/or influence in meeting defined goals, objectives and deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis, problem definition, and drawing
valid conclusions to drive improvements.
- Lean manufacturing.
- Ability to use good verbal and written communication skills to
interact, inspire and collaborate effectively with staff and team members
at all levels in Bahasa and English with our foreign staff of all levels
also (ability to speak Mandarin Chinese will be advantage)
- Familiar with new product development and transfer product,
PFMEA and validation process.
- Have a good analysis, problem solving, communication skills and
teamwork skills, be responsible, self-motivated, and leadership skill.
