Requirement
- Min. D3/S1 Any Major (preferable Industrial Engineering or
Mechanical Engineering)
- Min. 1-2 years berpengalaman sebagai Production Engineering
(preferable Manufacture Plastic/Automotive/Electronic)
- Have 2D/3D/SolidWorks CAD, CAM and Ms. Office skills
- Fluent to communicate in English (preferable)
Job Description
- Develop, monitor, and improve, injection molding
process to achieve stable quality, productivity, and efficiency
- Prepare and maintain process parameters (temperature,
pressure, speed, cooling time, etc) for each mold/product
- Support new mold trials (T0-Masspro), including
parameter setup, defect analyst, and improvement recommendations
- Conduct cycle time optimization to reduce
machine downtime and improve output
- Analyst and resolve production issues such as
short shot, flashing, warpage, flow mark, weld line, black spot, and burn
mark
- Collaborate with QC, Production, and Mold Shop to ensure
process stability and quality compliance
- Create and update work instructions (WI), SOP, and
process sheets for injection machines
- Conduct feasibility studies for new materials, new equipment,
or new technology
- Lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen,
Lean Manufacturing, Poka-Yoke)
Provide training to operators
and technicians regarding correct molding methods and best practices
