Requirement
- At least 3+ years of experience working with LAN, WAN, TCP-IP, firewall and switching/routing configuration and administration
- Familiarity with network security protocols and procedures
- Having experience in documenting network plans and design
- Mastering TCP/IP, routing, switching and network security
- Understand network hardware and network software configuration
- Understand concept of virtual network and its implementation
- Understand concept of QoS, load-balancing, and fail-over
- Proficiency in using network diagnostic and monitoring tools during troubleshooting
- Having experience in designing, planning and setup wireless network
- Willing to work in Semarang, Central Java
Job Description
- Responsible to design, configure, deploy, and maintain all network hardware and software, including routers, switches (managed), firewalls, wireless controllers, and access points.
- Responsible to Plan and execute network infrastructure upgrades and expansions to support growth and new technologies.
- Responsible for performing regular network maintenance, including firmware updates and hardware refreshments.
- Proactively monitor network performance, utilization, and security alerts using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar.
- Implement and manage network security.
- Responsible for serving as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex network-related incidents and problems, providing root-cause analysis and permanent solutions.
- Responsible to create and maintain detailed, accurate network documentation: diagrams, IP address schematics, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure network compliance with internal policies and relevant industry standards.
- Work with ISPs and telecom vendors to manage WAN circuits and resolve external service issues.
