Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science
- Min. 1 year working experience in network infrastructure & network management
- Proven work experience as a technical support engineer
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, along with critical thinking abilities
- Good time management skills
- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
- Willing to work in Semarang, Central Java
Job Description
- Responding to client IT support requests
- Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems
- Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Tracking and managing work records
- Compiling job reports
